Steam Games added to Selection Pool
As expected, I have well over 64 games that I haven’t even installed in my Steam library. Even so, I did not want to just add games without thinking about my current desire to play them, so I picked out a bunch to add to my selection pool.
Most of these games are single-player games, but they can be broken down into games that are more RPG-like and those that are based on some kind of competition. Some are 4x games, and others are games I’m not even sure of at this point.
In any case, I selected another 21 games to add to my pool…
The MMOs I’ve added in this round include Tree of Savior, Dungeons & Dragons Online. Both of these have been games I’ve thought about giving a try but never got around to. No Man’s Sky, Pillars of Eternity, Death Stranding, Sekiro, and Sins of a Solar Empire have been games I’ve heard people say good and bad things about, but they’ve generated a level of interest to the point where I’ve purchased the game but haven’t installed it.
Other games come from my older backlog…Final Fantasy I, Europa Universalis IV, Divinity, Baldur’s Gate, and Bioshock. Planescape Torment has been on my ‘to-play’ list for a very long time, and perhaps this time around, I’ll get to it. Newer games like Undertale, Wasteland 3, Yakuza, and Octopath Traveler all seem interesting, but I’ve never taken the time to jump in.
I can easily see that these games would be something I would like to dedicate myself to completing. Then there are long-standing games that I’d really like to experience, such as Half Life 2, Hollow Knight, and Galactic Civilizations III.
All these games make a fine addition to my selection pool, and with them, I end up with…61 games.
Still not the 64 I need to get started, but I’m almost there. Maybe I’ll look at my GoG library or XBox Game Pass tomorrow.
