DC Universe New Weekly Releases 26 October, 2021

Catwoman, the Flash, Nightwing, and Scooby Doo all crack my top picks this week and I am still working to figure out how to relate the issues that are not 6 month old releases. Somehow they need to get incorporated into my new comic list as well but it’s a bit more complicated than the 6 month old issues.

Anyway, here’s what I found for the week…

TOP RELEASES OF THE WEEK

7 new comics released today (last week had 8).  Anyway, looking at Comic Book Roundup which aggregates a bunch of review sites, here are the top issues from this batch of comics. This week I found 4 issues that I wanted to look further into.

• Catwoman #30
  by Ram V and Fernando Blanco.
  Published by DC Comics, 2021.
  The Riddler revealed that he knows details about Poison Ivy’s whereabouts. Now, after the Riddler has been gravely wounded, Catwoman brings him to be patched up by Alleytown’s less-than-scrupulous medics. Now on the mend, Riddler points Selina in Ivy’s direction-but is he telling the truth, or wrapping her up in another one of his riddles? Meanwhile, the Penguin’s come to realize that enlisting Father Valley to take out Catwoman may have been a mistake and finds himself asking whether he hired a hit man…or inked a deal with the devil himself.

  Fred’s skills are well-known around town for creating many of the traps used to capture monsters. Or will it be game over for Mystery Inc.?
