My Pull List for Week 25 of 2021

Ok…so I am back to grabbing double digit comics this week as I easily pulled 15 issues. I could even have taken a few more without trying too hard but had to hold myself back somewhere. As it stands, I picked up 4 number ones to kick off new series and Home Sick Pilots and Undiscovered Country both kick off new story arcs. Along with the cool new tales, there are also a few endings this week with Stray Dogs finishing it’s run and Sea of Stars closing out it’s current story arc…so much going on this week!

Anyway, here are the titles I pulled this week…

New Weekly Releases

  • Good Luck #1

    Published by BOOM! Studios, 2021.
What if Luck was quantifiable, and something everyone was born with? Everyone, except the Unfortunates – teenagers born with absolutely zero luck. Now with the world mysteriously plunged into chaos and reality itself threatened, they will be our only hope to save the world. Our last hope is those with no chance of success… the only thing anyone can wish them is Good Luck. • Infinte Frontier #1
    by Joshua Williamson and Xermanico.
    Published by DC Comcis, 2021.
When our heroes saved the Muliverse from Perpetua in Dark Nights: Death Metal, everything was put back where it belonged…and we do mean everything. All the damage from all the Crises was undone, and heroes long thought gone returned from whatever exile they had been in. Most of them, at least. Alan Scott, the Green Lantern from the Justice Society of America, has noticed some of his allies are still missing in action, and he’s determined to find them. There are others, though, who would rather remain hidden than explain themselves, like Roy Harper, a.k.a. Arsenal, a man who should be dead but now is not. Plus, what does all this mean for the DCU’s place in the Multiverse? On opposite sides of a dimensional divide, both Barry Allen and President Superman ponder this question. Not to mention the Darkseid of it all! Or a team of Multiversal heroes called Justice Incarnate!
  • The Dreaming: Waking hours #11
by G. Willow Wilson, M. K. Perker, and Nick Robles.
    Published by DC Comics, 2021.
The time has come for a revolution in the realm of Faerie-but do Heather After and Jophiel have the power to make it happen by themselves if Ruin, lost in his own regrets, has fled back into the safety of the Dreaming? The Unseelie Court and their deadly allies certainly don’t think so…
  • Something is Killing the Children #17
by James Tynion IV and Werther Dell’Edera.
    Published by BOOM! Studios, 2021.
What turned young Erica into the monster hunter she is today? Discover Erica Slaughter’s true origin as she is further initiated into the House of Slaughter. But will she be sorted into the prestigious White Room, or the dreaded Black Room with her new nemesis Aaron?
