Spring Training Has Arrived!

It seems like only yesterday we were dealing with a Covid shortened season, an expanded playoffs system, and a Dodgers World Series. Well…

Yup pitchers and catchers reported to their respective camps this week and I am excited to see that the season will be upon us soon.

Sure, my Angels made practically no offseason moves of consequence, instead choosing to double down on their stars and scrubs strategy of letting the best years of Mike Trout and Anthony Rendon go to waste because of ZERO pitching.

On the other hand, my favorite team in the National League – the Padres – made some incredible moves! They seem to be a team that really wants to win and considering they’re in the same division as the World Champion Dodgers, they have their work cut out for them.

I think the NL West is going to be an incredible 2-team race but first we’ve got Spring Training!
