Noir Terrors of Mammals and Spider-Man

A busy day at work and no Angel game make for a short and sweet ramble today. First I take a quick look at another Noir comics, then dip my tor into the next bracket of the March Mammal Madness.

Another Noir!

A few days ago, it was Grimm Noir featuring Ben Grimm of the Fantastic Four, and now we get the web slinger in a noir story…and it’s pretty cool. After reading this issue, I realized there was a noir Spider-Man in the Spider-Verse movie and actually there was a previous noir Spider-Man that swung around in the Marvel Universe years ago. Regardless, this Peter Parker was drawn well, had some really cool dialog, and was backed by a well laid out story that I’m interested in.

March Mammal Madness

The second bracket that battles it out next week is the Tiny Terrors division. From the Raccoon Dog to the Pygmy Hog, these little guys pack a punch and one of them is gonna make it to the Final Roar this year as they get a whole division to themselves.

Jumping into action on March 12th, I’m looking forward to seeing how these little guys pan out since I could see a couple proving formidable opponents to some of the larger mammals in the other brackets.

A quick ramble to cover another busy day. I’m just glad I was able to throw something together.
