Just a little quick ramble today as I take a look at the DC Universe comics I decided to add to my Pull List this week and a really cool comic I read. Coffin Bound looks to be a lot of fun and I’m sad to see that this week represents the last issue in the mini series. At 4 issues, this is a short one but it’s a good read.
This Week’s Marvel Unlimited Picks
Yesterday I picked up 5 Marvel comics that looked interesting and could have easily selected more while today I only grab 2 DC comics to add to my Pull List.

Two Justice League comics look to make significant contributions to their respective events this week and I’m along for the ride. I’ve enjoyed both the Drowned Earth and the Witching Hour events and actually just realized that they were both written by James Tynion IV…I’M gonna have to take a look at the other titles he’s involved in since I’ve been enjoying his work.

This comic gave me a vibe of Mad Max mashing up with Kill Bill and I loved it. Izzy Tyburn has a contract on her head and while she’s resigned herself to her fate, she’s determined to eradicate all evidence that she ever existed. So after taking care of the initial hit squad sent for her, she heads out on the road with a man/vulture chimera trying to stay ahead of the Eartheater who is looking to collect on the contract. This is a great first issue and I rate it a Must Read. Give it a try.
It’s a Wrap
Today was a comic-centric day but they happen from time to time. Actually, I played some Moons of Madness this morning but needed a bit of recovery to be able to gather my thoughts. In only 20 minutes of gameplay I got really scared and though I’m not usually one to play horror games, I am looking to see where this leads me.
