This issue seems to be the kickoff to a pretty big event in the DC Universe. I mean, we’re looking at all kinds of superheroes and villains actually teaming up and agreeing to be led by none other than Brainiac. So many good and bad guys and gals, I don’t know them all but as the issue begins, it starts out with the Teen Titans, the Titans, the Suicide Squad, and the Justice League all having trouble separately trying to take down teams of Brainiac’s robots. I thought this was gonna be a battle against him.

Nope.

Apparently Brainiac was just recruiting for a major engagement against a group of beings called the Omega Titans. These guys are enormous and seem to be determined to make like Galactus and start consuming worlds.

Will the teams Brainiac is assembling be able to take on these giants? I’m not so sure but I’m looking to find out as I Read through the event that occurred during the Summer of ’18. I’m really digging the updated comics section of DC Universe!
