Quick Look At the Tag Team Bracket of 2019MMM

The Tag Team bracket of the 2019 March Mammal Madness is different from anything I’ve seen in previous years. Each seed is made up of 2 or more combatants that complement each other in special ways. We’ve got the Zebra and Oxpecker who are seen on the African grasslands together and the Wrasse and Morel Eel who partner up in the oceans.

From my look at the bracket, the number one seeded Zebra & Oxpecker seem to be a pretty formidable pair though I think the Zebra carries most of the weight in this team up. Their fight against the Batfly & Gammaproteobacteria should be an easy one but I’m not sure who they’ll face in round 2 since battle of the Aardvark & Aardvark Cucumber and the trio of monkeys is up for grabs.

The #2 seed is where my money is at in this bracket. The Coyote and Badger are both solid competitors who have advanced far in previous years as solo combatants and I don’t think the Ants and Aphids are gonna slow them down much.

The Banded Mongoose & Warthog at seed 3 also look pretty good and I know the Warhog is a strong competitor but then these guys are gonna most likely run into a couple of strong primates in round 2 in the form of the Diana Monkey and Red Colombus so this should be an interesting round.

On the whole this bracket will prove fun I think since it’ll be nice to see how the tag team dynamic works out in the arena.

But like I said, I think I’m pulling for the Coyote & Badger. But my favorite is still in the 7th seed…the Wattled Jacana and the Capybara but I’m not sure how far they’ll get in this tough division.
