St Louis Looks Legit

St Louis is on fire and they’re cutting a swath through the NL West leaders as they took the first of 3 against Colorado after sweeping the Dodgers. Oakland though got back into the winning column as well as the Dodgers who beat up on the Padres.

With the win, Rich Hill is hoping to get the Dodgers back on the right track and his 6 innings of shutout pitching kept the Padres in check.

On the offensive side of things, Marwin Gonzalez of Houston hit a grand slam which paced the Astros to a victory over the Angels and his double pushed him over into my Player of the Day.
