Marvel Unlimited New Weekly Releases June 18, 2018

Marvel releases comics to the Unlimited platform about 6 months after they come out in floppy format so this week we are seeing comics from December 13, 2017. In an effort to try to read some more “modern” issues, I’ve been tracking what’s currently being released and trying to catch up from recent number ones…we’ll see how that goes.

From this list, I’ve been reading All-New Wolverine and loving it. Laura Kinney is doing a good job taking on the mantle of Wolverine now that Logan is outta the picture. I’ve also been reading X-Men: Blue where Jean Grey, Cyclops, Beast, Angel, and Iceman work under the direction of Magneto…at least in the few issues I’ve read. It’s a pretty good read so far and I intend on continuing with it. There are also a couple that I’m determined to start reading…The Unbeatable Squirrel Girl and Runaways. Squirrel Girl is supposedly pretty good from what I’ve heard and I really enjoyed the previous versions of Runaways so I can’t imagine that this new incarnation wouldn’t be any good. Hopefully I’ll get a few of these read this week.
