Morning Ramble 358: Playing a little SMITE

Getting some Chang’e in SMITE

Chang’, Faerie of the Moon, is a pretty decent mid laner in SMITE. I never payed her before, but saw some people who could really do well with her kit so I gave it a try.

I haven’t gotten the hang of all her abilities yet, but she’s got a heal, a mana restore, a damager, and some hard CC in a stun on her Ultimate. Her passive is cool too since you get a little bunny that follows you around. This Jade Rabbit is more than just for looks as it goes to the store whenever you need something while out on the battlefield. This works like the couriers in DOTA 2 but I’m pretty sure only for Chang’e.

The cool part is that you can get a really good power spike without taking the time to head back to base. With her mana restore ability – Moonlit Waltz, and her heal – Moonflower Dance, she can really hang out in lane for a long time letting her rabbit pick up items and growing in power.

I’m certainly still learning her, but I think she might be a god I can get accustomed to.
