Morning Ramble 250: Psyched about TSW and SWL

Today was another busy one, but this time, I was working around the house instead of the computer screen.  I did manage to get into a bit of Secret World and started hoping around in Kingsmouth.

And while I was hanging out in TSW, I listened to the Beyond the Veil podcast. This is a great Secret World show that’s been around forever and I love it and it seems like they’re planning on carrying on when Secret World Legends comes out.  Actually, the last few episodes have covered the upcoming beta of SWL and they’ve talked with the Devs about plans for the relaunch.  

From what they been saying, the game sounds like it’ll be just as creepy and atmospheric as TSW but they’re trying to make the combat more straightforward and actually add in some kind of leveling process as opposed to the classless/leveless nature of the current game.  In any case, the game sounds like something I’ll be interested in giving a try.

I also scanned through my Feedly account and saw that Psych was getting a movie this December.

So cool!  I’m definitely excited to have one of my favorite shows back even if it’s just for a single night.
