Morning Ramble 344: Scattered Gaming

Today was really a day of rambling.  I rambled from game to game getting a bit of time in on a bunch of different title I feel like I want to be playing.  Of course I don’t have time to devote a bunch of effort to each of these games, but if I had infinite time, these would definitely get some of it.

Rift

I read somewhere that Rift was offering the latest expansion for free if you log in before May 14th, so I jumped on the opportunity.  This was actually the last game I started up today and I didn’t even have time to do more that hit up the character selection screen. 

SMITE

This morning I was a bit slow and called to type ‘mid’ into the game chat so I ended up playing gods I was not so familiar with.  Erlang Shen was one of thes gods and he wasn’t so bad.  He had a puppy that fought by his side that was neat, and he could turn into a ferret so I liked him.

Darkfall: Rise of Agon

I’m still pretty anxious when I play Darkfall so I haven’t taken too many screenshots, but this is one I took this morning.  I haven’t figured out the day night schedule in this game and it seems like every time I leave the starter city, it starts turning to night pretty  quickly.  I’ll have to research the schedule so I can fell safer.

Secret World

I decided to jump back into TSW since I really liked the atmosphere of the game.  It’s so unique among MMOs and I wanted to see if I could play a bit before the Secret World Legends release.  I still love this game and since the SWL release is in June perhaps I’ll get a few areas explored before the things change.
