Morning Ramble for March 11th, 2017: Comic-Con 2017 Registration

I have to say it’s such a relief to finally see the day that registration for returning con-goers (hmm…what is the word for someone who attends a comic-con?) has arrived. I was so stressed before the announcement of when this day was gonna happen, I was having nightmares about missing the purchase window. So here it was…San Digeo Comic-Con 2017 Registration.
Would I be able to get tickets now or have to roll the dice in general registration?

I admit, this is my most hated day related to Comic-Con. I’ve had plenty of years where I would get a single day or even get shut out on pre-reg day so I really hate it.

Back in the day…I would pick up tickets to the following year’s convention right after I walked into the convention center. They were actually for sale on-site and it was great. I knew right away, a year before the convention started, that I would be going and had all 4 days with preview night. It was such a wonderful, blissful feeling.

Fast forward to now, and the whole thing is impersonal, fearful, and a crap shoot…I just want to get my tickets!

But you can’t always get what you want.

This year I’ll have to try to get Preview Night tickets at the general badge sale…but who knows when that’ll be.

MMM…and I might have to get Saturday at…

I got in!!!!

I didn’t get the Preview Night tickets to go with the whole package, but I did manage to pick up passes to all 4 days.

So Happy!!!!

…and So Relieved!!!!
