Trout Wins 2016 MVP!

With 356 votes to 311, Mike Trout edged out Mookie Betts of Boston in the American League MVP race.  This is Trout’s 2nd Most Valuable Player award, having been granted the honor in 2014 as well.  Trout has been in the league 5 years and has either won the award or came in 2nd place in voting for the MVP each of those years.  I just wish the Angels fielded a better supporting cast for the best player in baseball.
