6° 2.0 Episode 4 – 1st Degree – Lair of the Wolf Dragon
It’s been a long time since I posted anything about my 6° journeys so I figured it was time to finally get back to my 4th episode of 6° 2.0 with a visit to Lair of the Wolf Dragon. I thought I had already visited Faeldray, but it must have just been in various events that we’ve participated in together rather than in my 6° posts. In any case, the Lair delves into Extra Life and #IntPiPoMo and seems to be enjoying them both.
Lair of the Wolf Dragon – Extra Life Ends And #IntPiPoMo Begins
Faeldray participated in the Extra Life event, but in a way that makes a bit more sense to me and would be something I may be able to do at a later date…she broke the 24 hour marathon into 2 days. By breaking things down into 2 12 hour shifts rather than trying to get things done with a 24 hour sprint, Faeldray was able to keep her carpal tunnel in check and still enjoy the event. So much so that she was able to raise $600 for The Children’s Hospital Foundation of Manitoba – great work!!! One of this time, I’ll remeber to get involved in such a wonderful event.
The other event she’s gotten into is #IntPiPoMo which is a new one for me. It stands for International Picture Posting Month and this one I might actually be able to join right away. Apparently the idea is to post 50 pictures during the month of November. As Faeldray pointed out, she’s got lots of screenshots around that she can use for posting, I do too…I could probably go for IntPiPoYear with all the screenshots I have but haven’t posted.
As far as gaming goes, Faeldray played some Ark:Survival Evolved for the Extra Life event and also posted some nice screens of Elder Scrolls Online. I really liked the skeletal Triceratops and the beautiful shots from Darkshade Caverns.
What’s next in 6° 2.0
Next time, I continue with episode 4 and take a look at Floor Tank Gaming.
Thanks for featuring me and for the congrats. 🙂 Extra Life was a lot of fun and I’m glad that I was able to do it in such a way as to not tax myself. And you should totally participate in IntPiPoMo, I’d love to see what screenshots you have stashed away!
