Wow…miss one episode and everything has changed. I’m not sure how I missed it, but last I knew, Superman was hanging out with Kara but now he’s gone back to Metropolis. Kat’s also gone and left Jimmy Olsen in charge, only he’s not really since there’s this obnoxious person in charge of the reporters…kinda makes me think of J. Jonah Jameson. In any case, I’m gonna have to find out what happened with my Tivo not recording last week and figure out how I can watch that episode.

This 3rd episode of the season was pretty weak in my view. I loved seeing Linda Carter back in a DC TV show, but the story turned my stomach. Basically they used a sledgehammer to get their political statements across to the viewer and I really hate being lectured to while watching a show that I view for enjoyment. There are much better ways to get your point across that don’t insult people and their intelligence and it makes me concerned for the rest of the season. If the show is gonna turn into a political, moralizing, lecturing piece of crap, I’m certainly gonna stop watching. But if they stop this in its tracks and get back to actual interesting storytelling, I’ll stick with it.

Right now this show is officially on the bubble for me.
