83 Days Until San Diego Comic-Con
Not hanging out with many kids, I’m not sure about the differences between 8 year olds and 9 year olds, but the award committee segregates the categories into under 8 and 9-12. I figure comics for 9-12 year olds are gonna be a bit closer to teen age stuff like the Teen Titan cartoon of a few years ago – dealing with friendships and such, whereas under eight you might see something like the newer Teen Titans cartoon – more silly and focused on food than relationship driven. In any case, here’s the 9-12 books up for consideration
