Mammal March Madness Crowns a Champion
Mammal March Madness #2016MMM concluded the other day, and it did not dissappoint. I was pleased to see the Wolverine battle against the Polar Bear was intense and fortunate for the Wolverine, the bear was weakened from previous fights. It was a great battle, but even with this big win under his belt, the Wolverine could not go all the way.
The finals came down to the Giant Forest Hog vs Wolf of the Tundra. I was surprised and actually a little upset with the results of the Hog/Wolverine fight. If it weren't for the crappy playing field, the Wolverine would have been feasting on bacon. Instead the Hog ducked under a leaping Wolverine as he sailed over a cliff. In any case, the Hog and the Wolf made it to the finals, and I'd have to say, my favorite (non-edible) mammal won. If it were for the breakfast plate, I would have pulled for the Hog, but I'm glad the Wolf won – even though he did get help from Wolverine doing so much damage to Hog in the semifinals.
66 entered, the Wolf survived.
Congrats to the Wolf of the Tundra…Mammal March Madness 2016 Champion.
