Is Vengeful Thorn Going Away?

I've been playing a lot of Zyra lately and I'm starting to get a little worried about the potential for a rework of her abilities. This morning I received a query, from Riot, about my thoughts on her passive. For those unfamiliar with her passive, it allows her to shoot a 'Vengeful Thorn' that does significant true damage after she dies. Funny thing was, this question came immediately after a game in which I killed three champions with my thorn.

In my view Zyra's passive works very well. It gives me the opportunity to actually take out any champions after they've killed me. This usually occurs because they dove me, attacked my ADC or basically disrespected my abilities. They come at me, get down to almost no hit points (because Zyra can do some decent damage), but manage to kill me through some method…and then they seem to think the battle is over…not so fast. I've got this nice thorn to shoot at them and I wipe them out. I don't think it's overpowered, I don't think it's too much damage, but it surprises people who's heads are not in the game. I think the only thing I'd say about the passive is that I do get annoyed sometimes that it seems to take forever for it to get charged up so I can shoot. But I do think it's part and parcel of who's Zyra is.

Personally, I like the passive and would like to see it stay in her kit but it seems Riot is looking to do something with her in the near future. I hope they don't ruin one of my favorite champs.
