Day One All Over Again – Week 1 Day 1 [EXE]
It has been a while since I made a post about my fitness and sadly, it has been a while since I made any progress in my fitness goals.
I had been working very hard on exercising and staying fit, but things happened. Things can always happen that interfere with devoting time to physical fitness. I am not perfect, and unfortunately, my dedication flags periodically.
One thing to focus on though, is that I can always start back up. Between illness, heat, wildfires, and food poisoning, I've let many excuses keep me from cranking out my push ups, huffing out my runs, and struggling through my burpees. I am moving beyond that now.
I've been gaming a lot more than I've been exercising, but I am going to start back up with my mantra – Exercise then Gaming.
I will not be gaming until I get in some exercise because I know that I need to be fit for real life. Real Life > Gaming Life. As the kids these days say – YOLO! Although, I don't think they say it to encourage fitness.
So to start off, I am gonna go slow and just work on my Core.
I've gone back to the the Neila Rey workout site and am doing the Core Challenge which includes push-ups, planks, and plank reaches.
Think week is a start. We'll see what happens next week when we get there.

- 15 second Plank
- 10 Plank Reaches
