Finishing off the Month of March – Week 4 Day 1 [EXE]

While it has only been 3 weeks so far, this is the start of a new calendar month so I will try to summarize what I have done for the past month.

As for today, I increased my running to 20 minutes today. I felt good and the extra 5 minutes worked out even though I ran a bit slower than I had been last week. I think this is because I am still recovering from whatever was going on the last few days. I actually took some extra rest days and only exercised 4 days during week 3.

Week 4 Day 1:

  • 2×30 Push-ups
  • 2×25 seconds Plank
  • 10 Plank Reaches
  • 2×20 seconds High Knees = 28/25
  • 2×20 seconds Squats = 15/14
  • 2×20 seconds Burpees = 6/6
  • Running 20:08 minutes = 1.62 miles

 

So the general totals for the month of March are:

  • 14 days working out
  • 14 Runs – 3:35:52 duration = 17.76 miles
  • 14 days – 564 Push-ups
  • 14 days – 590 seconds Planking (or almost 10 minutes)
  • 2 days – 40 Lunges
  • 5 days – 113 Squats
