Core Exercises are Getting Rough – Week 3 Day 2 [EXE]
Today I felt pretty good. Week 3 is coming along real well and I hope to keep it up. I did 2 sets of 28 push-ups which is starting to get tiring. Actually, the first set, which I do before my run is pretty straight forward – I have no problem. The second set after my run is getting more difficult. I am not sure if it is because I already did a previous set or because I am fatigued from my run. I usually go out and start with a stretching routine, then do my 1st set in my core exercises, then whatever else I planned for the day. After all that, I go for my run and come back to stretch again and then do my 2nd set of core exercises. Things haven't been too hard, but like I said, I might start having some trouble finishing my 2nd set of push-ups. I think it is good to know my limits because then I can push at them and know that I am improving.
Week 3 Day 2:
- 40 Jumping Jacks
- 40 High Knees
- 10 Lunges
- 2×28 Push-ups
- 2×25 seconds Plank
- 5 Plank Reaches
- Running – 15:05 minutes = 1.32 miles
