Exercise Week 2 Recap
Today was another day of rest. I want to ensure my ability to continue exercising so I am taking this easy – hence the rest day. I am feeling really well at the end of my second week. I've run further, added variety to my workouts, and am happy that I have stuck with it. I look forward to week 3.
Second Week Totals:
- Push-ups – 192
- Planks – 10 for 95 seconds
- Running – 1:16:20 = 6.54 miles
Totals:
- Push-ups – 272
- Planks – 18 for 340 seconds
- Running – 2:14:14 = 10.91 miles
I keep telling myself that once I hit 15 total miles running, I'll see about moving up to 20 minutes of running a day. Not quite there yet.
