Trying out some Lunges and Squats

Day 3:

  • Running – 15:02 = 1.12 miles
  • 2×12 push-ups = 24 push-ups
  • 2×15 second planks = 30 seconds plank
  • 20 Lunges
  • 20 Squats

Day 3 and I added in some lunges and squats for today. These were tough though, particularly because after the lunges and squats, I ran for 15 minutes. This is still a small workout overall, but I think it is a good slow start. So far I am feeling good about my exercise program and I am not too sore.

Totals:

  • Running – 42:50 = 3.19 miles
  • 56 push-ups
  • 90 seconds plank
  • 20 Lunges
  • 20 Squats
  • 10 jumping-jacks, 10 cross-jacks, 10 high knee jacks

Tomorrow I think I might cut back a bit and just run to give myself a little break.
